Step by step procedure for UAE Certificate Attestation

Certificate attestation for UAE follows a detailed procedure. There are three types of documents, which require attestation namely educational , non educational, commercial.

Degree Certification Process ( Educational )

1. First, the documents are authenticated from the HRD department of the respective state in India. If HRD authentication is not possible under any circumstances, then GAD/NORKA can also serve the purpose.

2. Next, attestation of the documents is carried out by the MEA.

3. From the MEA, the certificates are attested by the UAE embassy/ consulate in New Delhi.

4. Lastly, the certificates are attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the state of UAE.

In specific cases( Educational Certificates)

For private universities which are not affiliated, we have the following procedure.

1. First, the documents are attested from the Home department of the respective state in India.

2. Next, attestation of the documents is carried out by the MEA.

3. From the MEA, the certificates are attested by the UAE embassy/ consulate in New Delhi.

4. Lastly, the certificates are attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the state of UAE.

Non-Educational Certificate Attestation

1. First, the documents are attested from the Home department of the respective state in India. If Home Department attestation is not possible under any circumstances, then SDM can also serve the purpose.

2. Next, attestation of the documents is carried out by the MEA.

3. From the MEA, the certificates are attested by the UAE embassy/ consulate in New Delhi.

4. Lastly, the certificates are attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the state of UAE.

Commercial Certificate Attestation

1. First, the documents are attested from the Chamber of Commerce of the concerned state in India.

2. Next, attestation of the documents is carried out by the MEA.

3. From the MEA, the certificates are attested by the UAE embassy/ consulate in New Delhi.
